A graduate of Sorbonne University, he was a pioneer in modernizing Saudi Arabia’s healthcare infrastructure, introducing the Kingdom’s first X-ray machine and, in partnership with the other family businesses, importing its first electricity generator.

Our entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Rotana Holdings, a cornerstone in Saudi Arabia’s early media industry, later acquired by Kingdom Holdings. The establishment of PEMCO and the Law Firm of Motasem Khashoggi further expanded our impact across energy, infrastructure, and legal advisory.
